This policy covers the public website at rhoeflow.pro, operated by EcoSource IQ ("we", "us"). It does not cover the RhoeFlow application, which has its own terms shared with invited users. [Legal to confirm scope.]
What we collect
- Contact and invite requests. The details you type into the form on /contact: name, work email, company, phone (optional), and for invite requests your role, market, install volume, current sizing method, which EcoSource IQ apps you use, and your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and runs a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the contact form. [Legal to confirm Cloudflare and Turnstile wording.]
- Analytics. [None at present. Update this section if analytics are added.]
How we use it
- To reply to your message and, for invite requests, to review your request and onboard you to the private beta.
- To keep the site working and protect it from abuse.

Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend and are hosted on Cloudflare. [List any other processors.]
